1. Enterprise Supply Agreement
All quotes, purchase orders, and sales of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), industrial uniforms, and custom branding executed through GearLoft Industries Limited are governed by these Terms & Conditions.
- Quotations generated via the GearLoft Project Builder remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance.

All safety equipment supplied by GearLoft complies with Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), ISO 9001 certification, and relevant European Norms (EN) or ATEX specifications detailed on individual technical data sheets. Buyers are responsible for selecting appropriate PPE ratings for their specific site hazard profiles.
4. Delivery & Logistics
Standard local delivery within Nairobi is completed within 24 to 48 hours for stocked items. Regional and site dispatch across East Africa is facilitated via certified freight partners. Delivery dates are estimated in good faith.
5. Warranties & Returns
Defective or non-conforming goods must be reported within 14 business days of delivery for replacement or credit. Custom-branded garments are non-returnable unless manufactured with a verified material defect.
